| Description | Are you a musician who would like to work as a music leader? Just setting out on your music leading career? Not sure where to start? Then ‘START UP’ is for you! Come along to this jam-packed half day session, where you get the opportunity to introduce yourself to us and find out a bit about who we are and what we do. The session will take you on an informative journey around the world of music leading and will give an insight into what it is like to work as a music leader. ‘Start Up’ aims to provide you with information on the music leading profession, from an overview of the type of work available, through how to navigate local and national contacts, and how to link in to what is going on. You will receive information on training that you can access to develop yourself professionally and be given the opportunity to reflect on your work and skills and how you might use them as a music leader. We can also deliver bespoke ‘Start Up’ Sessions into your organisation, or for your new music leaders. |
